Development Charge Studies

CCS regularly advises municipalities on the adoption and implementation of Development Charges. This work includes the preparation of Background Reports including the calculation of the Development Charge, the preparation of the Development Charges By-Law and the implementation and advice on the application of the Development Charges Act.
