Drawing on 40 years experience in Urban and Rural land use projects, Bob is known for finding innovative and practical solutions while maintaining sound design and planning principles. He takes a strategic approach to policy development and planning approvals in order to facilitate solutions that are both practical and creative. 

Bob has expertise in the fields of Municipal Finance, Renewable Energy, Land Use Planning and Agricultural Planning and is a respected Expert Witness at the Ontario Municipal Board. 

He is a leader in the field of Agricultural Planning in Ontario. As a Professional Agrologist and Pedologist in addition to his experience in rural planning Bob leads our team of Agricultural Specialists at CCS in work ranging from Agricultural Land Evaluations and Agricultural Impact Assessments. 

Bob is a member of the Professional Engineers Ontario, Ontario Professional Planners Institue, Canandian Institute of Planners, Ontario Insitute of Agrologists, and the Association of Ontario Land Economists.

Bryce Sharpe

Bryce Sharpe

Senior Planner

Bryce Sharpe is a Senior Planner with Clark Consulting Services. Bryce holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Environmental and Resource Science from Trent University and a M.Sc. in Planning from the University of Guelph where he studied under the mentorship of Dr. Wayne Caldwell. He is a Member of the Canadian Institute of Planning (CIP) and the Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI) and is a Registered Professional Planner (RPP).

Before joining Clark Consulting Services he acquired extensive public sector planning experience, most recently as Manager of Planning with the Township of Muskoka Lakes, and previously in positions with the Niagara Escarpment Commission, the Yukon Environmental and Socio-economic Assessment Board (YESAB), and Parks Canada. Bryce specializes in rural land use planning, including within agricultural and shoreline/waterfront areas.

He is a dedicated volunteer with Ducks Unlimited Canada. He is also a Dad, and in his spare time, he can be found in his workshop developing his skills in wood sculpture and boat restoration.

Marlena Sculthorpe

Planner/Contract Manager
Marlena has experience in land use planning from concept to approval. She focusses on private sector development, assisting clients to advance their projects from the visioning stage though development processes; conceptual design, agency and client consultation.

Marlena is also a part of our Agricultural Specialists Team and has developed expertise in the areas of Agricultural Land Assessments and Project Management.

Sandra Hubbs

Sandra Hubbs

Planner/Design Technician
Sandra Hubbs is an Urban Planner and Design Technician whose experience ranges from small rural projects to detailed urban subdivisions. Her experience includes Agricultural Land Assessments, Official Plan Updates/Amendments, Zoning By-law Updates/Amendments, Private Development and Development Charge projects. She specializes in OLT preparation and research and works closely with our Planners and clients to create innovative, client focused design solutions.

Lori Chard

Senior Office Administrator
Lori is an experienced administrator who brings her talent for attention to detail and client focused service to CCS. Her focus at CCS is financial administration and human resources.
