Planning Appraisals

We usually recommend that a planning assignment begin with the preparation of a planning appraisal. This allows a thorough review of the proposed change and all the applicable policies that will apply. During this appraisal the relevant municipal and agency staff are contacted to provide an appreciation of the issues and the background to the proposal. It is only with a full understanding of the context of a land use change that an accurate assessment can be made of the issues to be addressed and the likelihood of success.
